Lowe's offers Build & Grow workshops for kids. The events are typically held twice a month on Saturdays from 10a-noon. This June they will be having two weekends of Monsters University themed projects with sessions on both Saturday and Sunday. Don't forget to check out the

Monsters University Scarers

On Saturday, June 8 at 10a and Sunday, June 9 at 2p, kids can create Monsters University Scarers to get ready for the June 21 release of Monsters University. Advance registration for this event is now available on the
Lowe's Build and Grow website. (And as normal, the store nearest me is the only one in my region which is booked).
The weekend the movie is released, kids can build a Monsters University Chest on Saturday, June 22 at 10a and Sunday, June 23 at 2p. Registration begins on Wednesday, June 5.
I took my daughter to a Lowe's
Build and Grow workshop last spring and she had a really great time. We would have attended again except the location near our house books up quickly so I often don't know our schedule before it fills up.
